Based on your needs we usually pre-schedule 2 visits per year (winter/summer) providing the following. Change the units filters, blow out the controls & contacts, clear the primary and secondary condensation drains, wash the condensing coils, check unit for possible mold, leaks, belts all to keep your equipment running up to par.
